Trợ lý CEO (Assistant to CEO)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Support CEO maintains the entire operations of the company’s activities. 
  • General, reviews and analysis the Company’s activity situation of the departments through the report of all Department. 
  • Assist CEO building Strategic Direction for development of the Company. 
  • Support the implementation all strategies of the company by ensuring the decisions and directions of The CEO was announced and taken seriously. 
  • Support CEO monitors the CEO working of each department. 
  • Support departments work plan goals, create plans and policies according to each function when the CEO assigned. 
  • Monitor compliance with all regulations of the Management System. 
  • Advise the CEO on the implementation of Company development strategies. 
  • Propose implementation solutions for CEO. 
  • Assist CEO in domestic and foreign relations. 
  • Check the documents from the other departments moved in before the CEO signs. 
  • Prepare to participate in the meetings of the Department at the request of the DIRECTOR. 
  • Performing other work as assigned by Director.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:  

  • Graduate/postgraduate majors in business administration/Economics/Commerce/Finance/PR. 
  • At least 5 years of work experience in the position of Assistant Manager, Financial Director, or equivalent level of management. 
  • Understanding economic, social knowledge, and knowledge related to the business operations of the Company. 
  • Have knowledge of HR management and business administration. 
  • Have a strategic vision and have a good ability in organize. 
  • Fluent English.  
  • Proficient Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet. etc. 
  • Priority candidate had worked in big companies of foreign countries or overseas graduates.

  • Ability to work independently and have the stamina to high work pressure
